Required qualifications experience:5-8 years in email operations.Certifications:Microsoft Exchange Server / M365 AdministratorSecurity+Education:Bachelor's in information technology or network administration.Clearance:Public TrustResponsibilities:Administers enterprise messaging environments, ensuring secure and available email operations.Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 integration.Oversee email routing, spam filtering, and backup configurations.Ensure compliance with DOT records management and data retention policies.Provide Tier 3 email support and configuration documentation.Work Environment and Physical Demands:Location: WASHINGTON METRO AREA (WMA)Type of environment: OfficeNoise level: LowWork schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.Amount of Travel: 30% within WMAWage Information:Target salary range: $100,000 - $125,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
