One project may involve rebuilding a family home after a fire, while the next could be restoring a commercial property following a major water loss. You'll have the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while making a meaningful impact on customers and communities.As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesManage reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completionBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, subcontractors, and vendorsDevelop project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budgetCoordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and resourcesConduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safetyCommunicate project updates and expectations with customers and internal teamsManage project budgets, job costs, change orders, and profitabilityResolve project challenges quickly and professionallyEnsure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practicesDeliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the reconstruction processYou are someone who:Takes ownership and accountability for resultsCommunicates confidently with customers and tradespeople alikeCan juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detailEnjoys solving problems and making decisionsLeads by influence and earns trust quicklyUnderstands construction processes and project management fundamentalsMaintains composure in fast-paced environmentsExperienceProject management experience in reconstruction, restoration, residential construction, commercial construction, remodeling, or related industriesExperience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and customer relationshipsAbility to read construction documents, scopes of work, and estimatesExperience with insurance restoration is a plus, but not requiredPreferred QualificationsConstruction Management, Building Construction, or related education is beneficial but not requiredExperience with Xactimate, DASH, RMS, or similar project management software is a plusStrong computer and organizational skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAt Paul Davis, you'll join a team that values accountability, teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement.
