The Project Manager will be involved in the assigned projects very early in the development process. The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop a working plan for each project and will have an in-depth, thorough knowledge of the entire project, ranging from the plans and specifications to all financial aspects of the project.Responsibilities of the Project Manager:Be on site at the project as necessaryParticipate in obtaining subcontractor bids and assist in site walkthroughsTake part in subcontractor buy-out, selection, qualification, and contract creationPerform commercial/industrial construction cost estimationPrepare, review, advance, and monitor logs for tracking RFIs, submittals, contract documents, change orders, and subcontractor's applications for paymentFollow-up and maintain all project related communicationsWork with senior leadership and other stakeholders to prepare, monitor, and update the projectReview drawings in accordance with plans and specifications, scope, procedure, installation, site consideration, and coordination between tradesAssist in the close-out process of the project, including the punch list, and submitting the close out package to the ownerRequired Skills & Qualifications:At least 3 years' experience in industrial/commercial building construction4 year college degree in engineering, or construction management (or similar)Strong multi-tasking and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
