Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them with leadership support. Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching to improve their Departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a future-ready team. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. Strong background in quick service restaurants, or experience in hospitality or retail. 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
