Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Roofing Target Earnings : $60K - $100K+ Benefits + 401K + PTO + Paid Holidays Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative – Roofing to sell NanoShield services directly to homeowners. This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities. If you enjoy talking with people and want a career where your income reflects your performance , this could be a great fit. Compensation Base pay + uncapped commission On-Target Earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+ Bi-Weekly pay Bonuses and incentives available What You’ll Do Speak with homeowners about NanoShield's roofing services Educate customers on available solutions Help homeowners select the right product Generate leads, close sales, and schedule installations Requirements Strong communication skills Motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
