Title: Product Producer IV Industry: Tech Location: Culver City, CA Duration: 12 months Responsibilities Manage product initiatives and programs from concept through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives Partner closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Business, Marketing, and Content teams to support product roadmap execution and feature development Create, maintain, and communicate project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables Track project progress, manage scope changes, and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies Drive cross-functional alignment across teams operating on varying timelines and priorities Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in technology, media, entertainment, or digital product organizations Experience working closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams Strong program and project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership audiences Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environments while managing competing priorities Skills Product Management Project Management Cross-Functional Leadership Digital Media Customer Experience Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. #J-18808-Ljbffr WorkGenius Group
