The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Review and analyze payment histories. Drafting Proofs of Claim and other required Bankruptcy Court forms. Review and confirm accuracy of loan documents File Proofs of Claim in multiple jurisdictions nationwide. Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring court deadlines are met. Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with status of cases Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams during the entire bankruptcy process. Develop and maintain congenial relationships with team members, leadership, and clients. Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction. Provide support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere. Requirements Minimal Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with clients, attorneys, and other internal employees. Must be able to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner. Must possess exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multitask and be adaptable to continual change. Attention to detail is a must. Ability to navigate and multitask through multiple systems. High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite. Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience is preferred, but not required.
