Deine Hauptaufgaben Du stellst sicher, dass sämtliche Bestellungen bei unseren Lieferanten korrekt abgewickelt werden Du übernimmst die Korrespondenz mit unseren Lieferanten (E-Mail / Telefon, in DE/EN) Du überwachst die Liefertermine der Warenlieferungen Du ergreifst Massnahmen bei fehlerhaften oder ausbleibenden Lieferungen Du stehst in engem Kontakt mit unserer Logistik zur Koordination der Lieferungen Du identifizierst Problemursachen und erarbeitest Optimierungsmassnahmen Du validierst die Rechnungen unserer Lieferanten und stehst in engem Kontakt mit unserer Buchhaltung Du unterstützt deinen Teamleiter und stellst bei Abwesenheiten dessen den operativen Betrieb der Abteilung sicher Dein Profil Du bringst erste Erfahrung in einem kaufmännischen Bereich Da du die Schnittstelle zu unserer Logistik darstellst, ist Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik von Vorteil Du arbeitest gerne detailorientiert Du fühlst dich wohl in einem kleinen, kollegialen Team mit viel Freiraum und kannst selbständig arbeiten Du hast ein grosses Durchhaltevermögen und behältst auch in hektischen Tagen den Überblick Du hast Interesse daran, laufend Neues dazuzulernen Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in DE + gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in EN Du beherrschst die MS-Office Programme Flexibler Arbeitsalltag mit vielen Freiheiten und Home-Office 5 Wochen Ferien Junges und top-motiviertes Team mit kollegialem Umgang Kurze Entscheidungswege Büroräumlichkeiten in Dällikon (20min von Zürich HB) #J-18808-Ljbffr Digt AG
