A skilled Staff Pharmacist is needed to support operations at a small, 40-bed rehabilitation hospital located in Billings, MT. This contract position offers an opportunity to work full-time in a collaborative healthcare environment dedicated to patient recovery and care excellence.


Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians while overseeing daily workflow and operations
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to provide pharmacokinetic consultations and optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Maintain clear communication and documentation for effective patient care coordination

Qualifications:

• Current Montana pharmacist license required
• Experience in an inpatient setting highly preferred to navigate hospital pharmacy demands
• Full-time availability from Monday through Friday, day shifts
