Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With more than 500 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa industry.

Our Round Rock location is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate to join a team that works hard, laughs harder, and isn't afraid to be themselves.

As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you're a huge part of the energy of our spa. You'll welcome guests, build relationships, recommend memberships and services, and help create the kind of experience that keeps clients coming back.

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals
• Build genuine relationships with members and guests
• Create an outstanding experience from the moment a client walks through the door
• Confidently communicate memberships, promotions, products, and service options
• Learn our full menu of services — we'll teach you everything you need to know!
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk
• Support spa cleanliness and operational standards
• Bring your own personality, energy, and style to the team
• Support your teammates and celebrate their wins
• Take ownership of your goals and actively work toward achieving them
• Perform additional duties as needed to keep the spa running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Naturally outgoing with strong communication skills
• Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships with new people
• Motivated by goals and comfortable working in a sales environment
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Dependable and willing to contribute wherever the team needs you
• A strong team player who can also work independently
• Coachable and motivated to continue improving
• Someone who brings energy, personality, and initiative to work
