Manufacturing Associate

Manufacturing Technicians – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Newton, NC
Starting Pay: $18.00/hr | Increase to $20.10/hr upon hire
Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  Environment: Clean, climate-controlled facility

We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates to join a high-performing manufacturing team where precision, consistency, and teamwork matter.

What you’ll be doing

• Assemble automotive components in a structured, fast-paced environment. Some Machine Operator roles are available BOE
• Perform quality checks to ensure every part meets standards
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Work alongside a team that supports each other and hits production goals together

What you bring

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience a real plus but not required for all positions. Strong stable work history preferred. 
• High School Diploma or GED will be verified
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Dependability - you show up and get it done
• Ability to work overtime is required
