$18/hr | 2nd Shift | Manufacturing Associate | Newton, NC

Looking for steady hours in a clean, climate-controlled facility
This is a great entry point into manufacturing with long-term potential

2nd Shift Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay $18.00/hr with opportunity to earn $20+ when hired full-time
Overtime required based on production needs

What you’ll be doing
• Assemble and inspect automotive components to exact specs
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe

What we’re looking for
• High school diploma or GED (verified)
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
