Quality Analyst (Banking)

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Quality Analyst - Front-End Testing Engineer – Banking (Payments) Key Responsibilities Define and execute test strategies for React UIs focusing on user behavior and critical payment journeys Build and maintain automated UI tests (Playwright, Cypress, React Testing Library) Validate API interactions, UI states, error handling, and edge cases Ensure accessibility (a11y), cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain reliable quality gates Reduce test flakiness and improve feedback loops Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to embed quality Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in QA/SDET/Quality Engineering (frontend focus) Experience testing modern JavaScript apps (preferably React) Agile and DevOps environment experience Preferred Skills Playwright, Cypress, React Testing Library API validation (REST/GraphQL) within UI tests Accessibility testing tools (e.g., axe-core) CI/CD automation experience Understanding of state management and async UI behavior Nice to Have Payments or transaction system experience Visual regression testing API mocking/contract testing AI-assisted testing exposure Security-focused frontend testing Work Setup Hybrid model (≈3 days in-office in Atlanta, GA) NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without considering race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
