All Around Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer - $25/HR

Pay & Schedule:

• $24 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
• Weekly Pay

The Work:

• Operate and maintain a wide range of heavy equipment — excavators, loaders, crushers, grinders, hydro seeders, skid steers, dozers, water trucks, and more — across multiple divisions.
• Perform daily equipment inspections (oil, grease, fuel, DVIR reports)
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized
• Email gas and purchase receipts daily to your supervisor with all required info
• Attend daily huddles and safety meetings
• Support yard operations: load roll-offs, organize containers, and move materials
• Assist with labor tasks, deliveries, pickups, towing, and dust control
• Uphold the highest safety and quality standards on every site

Requirements:

• Have 1+ year of equipment operating experience
• Take pride in teamwork and stay humble — no job is beneath you

• Communicate clearly and help your crew succeed

• CDL A or B license and crane experience are a plus
