Retail Assistant Manager - Part-Time

Position Overview We’re looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to assist in supervising the store team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires leading the sales team, achieving sales goals, and managing key store operations such as opening and closing and Standard Operating Practices. What You'll Do Lead and coach the store team to meet sales targets. Interact with customers to ensure a high-quality shopping experience. Execute Standard Operating Practices, including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory. Take initiative in daily operational decisions and provide feedback to improve performance.
