Digital Marketing Manager

You can organize a content calendar, give useful feedback, and look at campaign results to decide what needs adjusting. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager in Houston to coordinate online marketing across social media, email, and website content. You’ll manage campaign priorities, work with contributors, and keep delivery aligned with agreed business objectives. What You’ll Manage Build campaign plans with clear audiences, schedules, and objectives. Coordinate social media, email marketing, and website updates. Prepare campaign briefs and review copy and creative materials. Manage content calendars, approvals, and publishing deadlines. Monitor engagement, website activity, and campaign performance. Track approved marketing spend and recommend practical adjustments. Share results and use findings to improve future campaigns. Bring Experience You Can Put Into Practice Experience delivering digital campaigns, coordinating content, or managing marketing projects is preferred. Agency, in-house, freelance, and small-business experience are all relevant. You should bring: Strong writing, editing, and campaign planning skills. Confidence coordinating contributors and competing deadlines. Familiarity with email platforms, social media tools, and website content systems. An understanding of digital reporting and campaign measurement. Sound judgment when reviewing content and recommending changes. A specific degree isn’t required. We’re interested in campaigns you’ve worked on, your responsibilities, and what you learned from the results.
