Medical Receptionist

FLORENCE EYE SURGERY CENTER LLC

We are seeking a reliable andprofessional Front Office Receptionist to join our busy medical practice and surgery center. Thisposition plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for ourpatients, both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing phone calls in a courteous and efficientmanner
Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility
Patient check-in and check-out
Handling medical records and patient data entry
Posting charges and payments accurately
Assisting with various administrative duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitaskeffectively
Energetic, professional, and positive attitude
Excellent communication, telephone, and computer skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Personable and empathetic with patients and their needs
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Prior experience with medical insurance and front officeprocedures
1 year of experience as a medical receptionist preferred
