The ideal candidate for this position is a current college student enrolled in an undergraduate degree program related to Life and/or Environmental Sciences. GENERAL PURPOSE Under general supervision, performs routine to moderately difficult laboratory procedures to support water quality laboratory functions; cleans, decontaminates and sterilizes glassware and equipment; prepares media and reagents; assists in the laboratory's quality assurance program; and performs related duties as assigned.
