Service Writer (Advisor)

Rechtien International Trucks is seeking experienced and dependable Service Writer (Advisor) to join our team at our Ft. Lauderdale location.

Position Summary:

• Can ascertain truck problems and services required as per customer's description of issue; able to conduct inspection;
• Develops estimates; prepares repair orders (RO);
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of truck; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns;
• Semi-monthly salary paid with monthly bonus;
• Experienced with the CDK (ADP) Dealer System is a plus, but we will train;
• Highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.
• Position is full time, Monday-Friday.
