What We Offer Same-Day Interviews and Job Offers Paid Orientation Weekly Pay Monthly Performance Bonuses Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Average Earnings of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Pay rate based on CDL experience Keep 100% of customer tips Additional bonuses for prior moving experience Home most days, with optional OTR opportunities for additional income Diverse work environments and a dynamic schedule Key Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all company policies and DOT regulations Perform residential and commercial moving services Load, unload, pack, and transport customer belongings with care and professionalism Provide outstanding customer service throughout the moving process Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient move Requirements Minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience Valid CDL-A license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading household goodsStrong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction Note: Non-CDL positions may be available in select markets.
