Hybrid Full Time What You’ll Do: Analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral to determine loan eligibility Apply investor and agency guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA, non-QM) with precision Issue clear, concise conditions to move files forward efficiently Communicate decisions and conditions to processors and loan officers in a timely manner Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies at all times Support the lending team with scenario analysis and guideline interpretation Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and client-first service What We’re Looking For: Active DE/SAR designation preferred (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 3 years of mortgage underwriting experience Strong knowledge of agency and investor guidelines; comfort with complex scenarios (jumbo, non-QM, and self-employed borrowers) Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining quality standards What We Offer: Competitive compensation Access to advanced underwriting technology and tools Collaborative support from processors, loan officers, and leadership Marketing and operational resources through our partnership with Douglas Elliman Get in touch with us.
