ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of seven across two agencies. Before opening this agency, I spent three years as a State Farm Sales Leader, and earlier in my career, I played professional baseball in the Chicago White Sox organization. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and the proud father of two young daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, working out, reading, and traveling.

Giving back to the community is a priority for our team. We organize a large annual backpack drive, participate in local events and pet expos, and regularly host community giveaways and outreach opportunities to stay connected with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Grant Buckner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
