Role Description

The Customer Service – Receiving Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Brentwood, New York. Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods in the warehouse management system. The role involves communicating daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve receiving issues, answer inquiries, and provide status updates. The coordinator monitors inventory discrepancies, prepares receiving reports, and follows established procedures to maintain data integrity and service levels.
