POSITION SUMMARY The Anytime Fitness Wisconsin Rapids location is seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused leader to serve as our Fitness Club Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, leading a team, and engaging with the local community. Direct fitness industry experience is not required. What matters most is strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow both people and the business. As the Fitness Club Director, you will be responsible for developing relationships with current and prospective members, overseeing daily club operations, and representing the club throughout the Wisconsin Rapids community.
