Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in New Concord, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and use technology to document security-related activity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, loading and shipping areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, observe personnel and vehicle activity, and assist with visitor, driver, and delivery check-in procedures as directed by site policies. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
