Join a dynamic investment firm as a Senior Financial Analyst and serve as a key partner to the CFO across FP&A, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in f orecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, performance reporting, and executive decision support , helping leadership understand what is driving results and where the business can improve. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, build out processes, and make an impact in an entrepreneurial, non-corporate environment.

What You'll Actually Do:

\n

\n
• Transaction & Financial Modeling: Evaluate financial models for new investment opportunities, standardizing inputs and assessing key deal mechanics.
\n
• Operational FP&A & Analytics: Perform deep-dive financial analysis on existing assets to drive better decision-making.
\n
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, portfolio analytics, and other key financial reporting deliverables.
\n
• Cross-Functional Initiatives: Support ESG/emissions data tracking, property appraisals, tax/audit requests, and board reporting materials.
\n
• Data Innovation: Leverage advanced Excel models and AI tools to translate complex data into actionable leadership insights.
\n

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

\n

\n
• 3 to 6 years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A or Big 4 advisory
\n
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
\n
• Core Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of how three-way financial statements connect and interact.
\n
• Technical Mastery: Exceptional, robust Excel modeling skills. Familiarity with NetSuite and AI platforms is a major plus.
\n
• Mindset: Self-motivated, go-getter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great sense of humor for a small team setting.

Where and How Much:

• Target Compensation: $110K – $130Ksalary + 10% annual bonus target.
\n
• Work Model: In-office collaborative environment.
\n
• Location: Denver Tech Center, Englewood, CO.
\n
