About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its AI Research Lab, a pivotal role in leading and executing core initiatives in this cutting-edge domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production, and architecting scalable solutions to position the new department for rapid growth. This role demands a high-agency builder mindset, with a focus on extreme end-to-end ownership, and the ability to work in a high-growth environment with a complete focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the AI Research Lab should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocate or remote arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a background in a relevant field, with proven domain expertise, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The role offers maximum ownership, with complete autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and build from the ground up. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the department founder and a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, and must be prepared to operate in an elite team environment where good ideas and fast execution are highly valued.
