Global Director, Sales Commissions & Strategy

Bazaarvoice seeks an executive-facing, player-coach Director, Sales Commissions to lead global strategy, plan design, execution, and analytics for incentive compensation. Reporting to the VP of Finance Operations, you will design plans, evaluate efficacy, and drive end-to-end execution via Everstage in a distributed team. You will partner with HR and Revenue leadership, align targets, govern policies, and deliver analytics for QBRs and board materials, ensuring payout accuracy and strategic #J-18808-Ljbffr
