Job Description

The Hourly Shift Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures exceptional customer service, high-quality food preparation, food safety compliance, and efficient team performance while maintaining Little Caesars brand standards. The Shift Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost goals while creating a positive work environment.
