Location: Eastern TX | Shifts: Day and Night options available

We are hiring a dedicated registered nurse for our med surg observation unit in eastern TX. If you are a skilled decision-maker who brings clinical excellence and emotional intelligence to patient care, we want you on our team.

What you'll do:

• Manage complex patient care utilizing the complete nursing process.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and ongoing patient evaluations.
• Educate patients and families to support successful recovery and long-term wellness.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient history and clinical progress.
• Collaborate with the care team and delegate tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of care.

What we're looking for:

• Valid TX or compact RN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience (med surg or observation preferred)
• BSN preferred (not required)
• Strong critical thinking and bedside communication skills
