Job Description General Manager – Plush Horse Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient service Hire, train, and schedule staff; foster a positive and productive team environment Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels Monitor sales, control costs, and work to meet revenue and profitability goals Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations Handle cash management, deposits, and basic financial reporting Create and execute promotions, events, or seasonal offerings to drive traffic Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed Lead by example during busy shifts, supporting staff on the floor There’s always a little extra sprinkled in—adaptability is part of the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
