What You’ll Do: As a General Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing our Sales Representatives, ensuring profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction, and overseeing vehicle sales processes. You'll monitor performance, collaborate with the team to determine appropriate vehicle inventory levels, address customer concerns, and develop action plans for the Sales department.
