What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Care Representative, you'll serve as a critical point of contact for patients, helping ensure they receive medications and support on time.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls

Scheduling medication deliveries and payments

Providing prescription refill and shipment status updates

Updating account information and documenting detailed notes

Verifying insurance information and assisting with invoice requests

Escalating patient concerns to pharmacists and nurses when appropriate

Reporting adverse events and product complaints to clinical teams

Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining productivity and accuracy

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of heavy call center experience

High School Diploma or GED

Strong attendance and schedule adherence history

Ability to handle a high-volume call environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities

Ability to type 35+ WPM accurately

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Reliable transportation for onsite training

Pay Details: $20.40 per hour
