Momentum Marketing is a top-performing national sales organization specializing in home services that make families’ lives safer and more comfortable. Our residential pest control division is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our high-performing team.

Through industry-leading elite training, one-on-one mentorship, and a high-performance culture, we help ambitious people develop into top-tier sales professionals with genuine earning potential and clear paths to leadership.

This position is perfect for students, or anyone starting out in their sales career. It can be done as a summer internship or as a full-time career.

If you’re coachable, competitive, and willing to put in the work, we’ll give you the systems and support to succeed.

What You’ll Do

Go door-to-door using a proven, consultative sales approach
Educate homeowners on pest control services and tailored solutions
Build rapport and confidently guide conversations
Track daily activity and performance metrics
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and field coaching

Compensation & Earning Potential

$1,000–$2,500+ per week based on performance
Uncapped commission — no income ceiling
Fast payouts with strong upfront and backend commissions
