Dynamic, fast growing 14B+ AUM Independent RIA is seeking a Business Development Officer to source and develop relationships from partner program representatives, advisors, and prospective clients to generate client referrals.

- The Firm has been growing consistently at a rate of 30% year over year with a fast paced, collegial culture, and extensive operational, investment, financial planning, and relationship management support
- Opportunity to coach advisors, improve meeting execution, and help increase close rates across the Firm
- Identify new market opportunities through market research and proactive outreach to increase market share within the territory.
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve results and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- Familiarity with custodial referral programs or external wholesaler experience in the RIA space
- Strong understanding of financial planning, tax planning, and estate planning concepts
