Responsibilities Serve as a Contract Specialist performing all contract administration functions ensuring compliance with contract provisions Perform cost/price analysis, including review of cost breakdowns to determine reasonableness and conformance to applicable regulations Establish negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to obtain the most favorable terms and conditions for the government Prepare solicitation documents incorporating required Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and HHS policies and provisions Qualifications 4+ years in contracting or related positions and a bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in relevant fields Required to obtain and maintain FAC-C Professional certification Required Skills Experience performing cost and price analysis functions for a variety of contracts Background establishing negotiation strategies to obtain favorable terms and conditions Experience preparing all contract documents Preferred Skills None specified Pay range and compensation package Salary: $108,173 - $172,980/year (varies by location) #J-18808-Ljbffr
