Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to the varied needs and ages of students
• Positive, student-focused attitude

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct PT services to approximately 5-7 students, K-12, on a consistent basis
• Assess student motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of IEPs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to reinforce therapy goals in the classroom
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Monitor progress and make ongoing adjustments to support student success
