Join ACTION POINT PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC as a Physical Therapist in beautiful Sandpoint, ID! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as Clinic Director while providing exceptional care to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to administer physical therapy treatments.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.

Requirements:

• Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Idaho.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and families.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and appropriate billing for services.
