Assembler / Crater Production Packer

Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll build custom crates, protective packaging, and assist with mechanical assembly of commercial equipment destined for customers worldwide. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, assembling products, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Build custom wooden crates and protective packaging for heavy equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble crates and mechanical components.
• Read assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Prepare products for domestic and international shipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and secure packaging.
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and production area.
• Support assembly and warehouse projects as business needs change.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive, maintenance, or hands-on mechanical experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shop environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
