As a Solutions Engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions but, more importantly, prioritize client success and work cross-functionally to help them reach their business objectives.Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and agencies; build trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs.  - Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships and/or Agency Leads and Product teams to develop, manage and grow partner relationships with a focus on technical aspects (i.e. technical presentations, trainings, consultations, integration guides, and best practices).  - Be an expert on TikTok's API capabilities and partner offerings from technical lens. Advocate for API improvements and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.- Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end integrations in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams. - Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.- 3+ years of experience shipping production quality code- Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.- Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics.- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and development experienceReq ID: A73682
