As the first point of contact for our luxury medical spa, you are the "face" of our brand. We are looking for a polished, energetic professional who excels at providing high-end customer service while maintaining a seamless flow for our practitioners. You will balance administrative efficiency with a warm, welcoming presence to ensure every client feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination: Manage the appointment calendar with precision, optimizing scheduling for various aesthetic treatments and consultations.
• Service Excellence: Greet clients upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and provide detailed information regarding our treatment menu and skincare products.
• Financial Handling: Process payments accurately, manage a daily cash drawer, and explain membership billing or financing options (like CareCredit) to clients.
• Operational Support: Maintain a pristine lobby environment and assist with light administrative tasks, including inventory tracking and medical record organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a high-end hospitality, retail, or medical office setting
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and handle client inquiries with discretion.
• Professionalism: A polished, "brand-standard" appearance and a calm demeanor when multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in basic office software and the ability to quickly learn new scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
