Job Opportunity: Medical Doctor (MD) – Research Coordinator
Attention Medical Doctors!
Evergreen Clinical Trials is seeking a Medical Doctor (MD/DO) without an active medical license to join our growing research team as a Medical Doctor Research Coordinator .
This role is ideal for MD/DO graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research , expanding their medical knowledge, and contributing to the advancement of medical science.

Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Pay:
$48,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
Plus performance-based bonuses
About the Role
As a Medical Doctor Research Coordinator, you will support Phase I–V clinical trials involving investigational medications and medical devices across multiple specialties, including:
- Psychiatry
- Internal Medicine
- Neurology
All responsibilities are performed under the supervision of Principal Investigators and in accordance with FDA regulations and study protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and conduct intake assessments for potential study participants
- Obtain informed consent in compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements
- Conduct study visits, including:
- Vital signs
- Phlebotomy
- EKGs
- Ultrasounds
- Medical histories and concomitant medications
- Accurately document study data, protocol notes, and source documents
- Serve as a primary point of contact for study participants
- Maintain study binders, regulatory documentation, and data entry systems
- Manage inventory and ordering of study supplies and equipment
Ideal Candidate
- Medical Doctor (MD/DO or equivalent), no active U.S. medical license required
- Strong interest in clinical research and drug/device development
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary research team
- Prior clinical or research experience preferred but not required — paid training provided
