Mechanical Team Leader - Aerospace

Mechanical Team Leader – Aerospace (Braintree, England) We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with an aerospace background to lead a team of more than 10 technicians in a rapidly growing R&D aerospace manufacturing environment. Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum plus an excellent bonus and a profit‑share scheme. Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate workshop operations to meet production targets. Develop and maintain operating procedures and systems for efficiency. Manage team performance, driving productivity and quality. Oversee the repair of aerospace equipment, including electronic, electrical and mechanical components for clients such as Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier. Qualifications Background in aerospace engineering. Strong people‑management experience. Resident within a commutable distance from Braintree, England.
