Auto Collision Estimator (DRP Experience Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Collision Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance claims, repair procedures, and customer service. Experience working with DRP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating software.
• Work directly with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers throughout the repair process.
• Manage and maintain DRP relationships and ensure compliance with insurance partner requirements.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document damage thoroughly.
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a collision estimator required.
• DRP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating systems.
• Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance claims processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
