Mid-Market Account Executive
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business with specialty contractors. Ideal candidates bring construction project management experience and at least 1 year in sales, ready to transition into SaaS. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while delivering a consultative, value-driven experience.
Pay Range
Base: $100,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter for more details.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with construction professionals and uncover pain points
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, negotiations, contracts
- Develop territory plans and grow pipeline with data‑driven prospecting
- Deliver compelling product demos that showcase workflow efficiency
- Position yourself as a trusted expert in the industry
Qualifications
- 1+ years in construction (preferably Project Management)
- 1+ years in sales (preferably as a B2B or B2C SaaS Account Executive)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, InfoMetaBase
- Experience managing costs/change orders at mid‑size contractors
