What You'll DoAs a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in improving the lives of those we serve. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
- Promoting independence by supporting clients in achieving their goals.
- Building meaningful relationships while fostering a safe and supportive environment.
- Helping clients participate in community activities and social events.
- Maintaining accurate records of care and progress.
We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable individual with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a related field.
- A strong sense of empathy and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
