CIC Removal Specialist- Part time on Call

Position Overview Foxtrot Aviation Services is seeking a dedicated, energetic technician to remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound (CIC) from aircraft stringers, structures, and belly underneath the floorboards located at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). The role also involves CIC removal in landing gear and behind the wings. This is a part‑time, on‑call position with no guaranteed set of hours. Available shifts are 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday, with possible Sunday coverage. Responsibilities Use hand scrubbers to remove CIC from aircraft surfaces. Work in confined, dark spaces while wearing safety glasses, nitrile gloves, and a respirator. Stand, crouch, or lie down for 8 to 10 hours per day as required. Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and crew. Maintain high detail and quality standards in all work. Operate and maintain buffers and other equipment for CIC removal. Be reliable, flexible, and open to overtime and Sunday coverage. Requirements Must pass a 10‑year background check and obtain airport badging. Must pass a drug test (including recreational use of marijuana). Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be medically cleared to wear an N‑100 respirator and perform highly physical work in high temperatures. Must be capable of bending, twisting, lifting, and operating machinery such as buffers for extended periods. Must be comfortable working in safety‑sensitive environments, at heights, and in tight spaces. Open availability and flexibility with scheduling.
