Revenue Management Specialist

Overview Target start and end date: ASAP thru DATE (6 months) Anticipated hours/week: full-time 35-40 hours Hourly range: 42.25 - 56.33 Remote is fine but would like in-person up front NYC for onboarding. Role Specialist - Revenue Growth Management Job Description Works under the Director of RGM, Oral Care Helps build and strengthen RGM capabilities to improve pricing, portfolio/channel strategy, trade investments and assortment mix. Works collaboratively with RGM Analytics team to provide continuous insights and analysis in areas such as pricing strategy, price pack architecture, and customer/portfolio strategy Works closely with Finance partners to connect market insights to financial KPIs Delivers competitive insights and performance reporting to guide decision-making Supports embedding the RGM mindset by reporting and tracking of initiatives, in respective cadence. Applies RGM expertise to support better strategic planning and execution across the business Job Specs Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Finance, RGM, or related discipline in a CPG environment Ability to work collaboratively between multiple internal and external departments Strong financial acumen and ability to become a subject matter expert in customer profitability concepts, price pack architecture P&L implications, and retailer specific sell in solutions and challenges Ability to develop, lead, and translate strategy into action, utilizing a compelling narrative, motivating others, setting objectives and delegating as required RGM Business Partner Project List Oral Care PPG Revamp & Transition - Update and ready system transition for all OC PPGs by ‘28 planning (US & CA) a. Ensure current PPG clean-up contains most updated list of SKUs b. Create a set of criteria for new PPG creation and establish a repository to track current and upcoming portfolio changes. c. Work with data management on timing of the changes and ensure the system does not constrain its timely execution a. Fine tune pricing criteria across portfolio, inclusive of AMZ and Club SKUs to gain alignment with cross-functional team for auditing purposes. b. Update current pricing calculator, and automate the inclusion of new skus, financial and commercial information as aligned to with cross-functional partners c. Establish prioritization and timeline for future pricing changes to establish a uniformed criteria across the portfolio. 3. Reassess US Promo Bundles a. Deep dive across the portfolio and promo bundles, inclusive of digital coupon plan b. Recommend floor and ceilings across the portfolio 4. Assess & provide Mix & RASP targets by Channel for 2028 planning a. Analyze portfolio mix across channels of trade & retailers, and track workshop targets b. Provide analysis on opportunities to hit targets established 5. Assess and provide recommendation on portfolio changes by channel a. Base TP - do we need to keep all sizes and variants across channels? b. Work collaboratively with Catman on POG analysis on current portfolio and innovation for better POG results c. Provide recommendation on ACV targets on innovation (as well as feature & display) a. Push forward on PPA initiatives with brand partners to understand feasibility/constraints, timing, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
