Spa Front Desk Associate (Part-Time) Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 Pay: $16.00–$20.00/hour (Based on experience) Job Description: Our Finger Lakes spa is looking for a warm, professional, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team 2–3 days per week . Weekend and evening availability is required. A set schedule is available, with occasional additional shifts to cover staff time off or sick days. Responsibilities: Greet and check in spa guests Answer phones and take reservations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby Provide concierge-level guest services Promote and sell retail products Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual – you’re the first and last impression Team player with a positive attitude Schedule: 6–8 hour shifts Required: Evening and weekend availability Optional: Additional weekday shifts as needed Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience Benefits include: 401(k) Employee discounts on services and retail Health insurance Paid time off Location Requirement: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ithaca, NY 14850 before starting Education: High school diploma or equivalent required #J-18808-Ljbffr Ontario Trillium Foundation
