Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Assess, plan, and implement patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver comprehensive nursing care to emergency room patients.
  
  
• 
  Conduct thorough assessments and prioritize patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and timely.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate care.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work every other weekend and holiday shifts as required.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Adaptability to a fast-paced clinical environment.
